Shallots are the chef's secret ingredient: add them to anything and it tastes better.

  • Chop them into salads
  • Sweating or sauteeing onions? Add some shallots!
  • Sweating or sauteeing garlic? Add some shallots!
  • If it's a sauce, it should have shallots in it
  • Shallots add a great kick to marinades
  • Add them to soup
  • Anywhere you can think of it, use shallots!
