Shallots are the chef's secret ingredient: add them to anything and it tastes better.
- Chop them into salads
- Sweating or sauteeing onions? Add some shallots!
- Sweating or sauteeing garlic? Add some shallots!
- If it's a sauce, it should have shallots in it
- Shallots add a great kick to marinades
- Add them to soup
- Anywhere you can think of it, use shallots!
