When you're trying to flip that boneless skinless chicken breast and it keeps sticking to the pan and you're struggling to get it onto your spatula without tearing the chicken breast all to ribbons, well, then you need to listen to your food. Because your food is loudly yelling "heloooo.... I'm not done yet!

Wait. When your food is cooked, it will separate from the pan easily, leaving only a tasty fond behind. Then you can make a nice pan sauce.
