StuffIKnowAboutFood > Easy Healthy Salad Dressing

It's tempting to buy a bottle of that stuff from the store. But store-bought dressing is expensive, filled with additives and chemicals, low in flavor (so you pour on a lot!) and often lacks the ultra-healthy olive oil that you should be using, if you use oil.

Instead, if you're just making a single bowl of salad for yourself, drizzle on a little oil and vinegar, then crack on some black pepper and sprinkle a pinch of salt. Toss the salad before you eat it and the dressing witll be nicely distributed over the salad. Tasty, easy, and you can easily experiment with how little or how much dressing you want, and add on more later if you underdid it.

Just step one to not being such a fat, disgusting slob. But, don't worry, I still love you!
